Capstan were successful in tendering for this project after submitting a design proposal to suit the clients budget. The council received a grant from the Football Association as part of their Grass Roots scheme.
Capstan constructed the new build extension and refurbished the existing changing room facilities while the supply chain was used to both design and install the associated M&E works.
Capstan utilised their third party accreditation with FIRAS to install new FD30 sets and complete all penetration sealing. This was requested by the client due to the nature and capacity of the building.
The external works included a new roof which Capstan designed,

a new section of concrete for parking spaces outside the garage door,

a porous pathway surrounding the building,

2no. Soakaways,

a new inspection chamber and man hole cover,

a new porous carpark for the Pavilion users with 2no.

Bespoke gates that provide access to the field for maintenance and emergency vehicles,

a timber birds mouth style fence around the perimeter.
