Scope of Works: Scope of works: Remove 30nr. Existing flat entrance doors and replaced with bespoke FD30S including new concealed Perko Powermatic R100 door closers.
The building was live for the duration of the works and Capstan were responsible for tenant liaison and organising the works. The works were delivered on time with minimum disruption to the residents even though extensive unforeseen making good was required due to the fragility of the walls surrounding the existing flat entrance doors.
Capstan acted swiftly to get the walls re-plastered and finished to match the existing even though it was not part of the original scope (unforeseen works).
The residents were happy with their new doors and the client received a Certificate of Conformity from FIRAS at the end of the works to prove compliance was achieved on the flat entrance doors.
